Plans are underway for Digital Age institute to come together with Edumed Trust Foundation in order to raise the level of education among the youth in Kenya. Edumed Trust is a foundation that caters for education and medical services to needy students in Kenya, through payment of their fees and treatment bills. This masterpiece of partnership will see two students who have completed high school from the Edumed Trust foundation, secure a place at Digital Age Institute

.

Speaking during a meeting held between representatives from the foundation and CEO for Digital Age Institute on 29th November, the top representative of the Edumed Trust, Mr Charles Njoroge, said that "The collaboration will ensure the continuity and completion of the foundation's mission in the society'', continuing: "We have been sponsoring youth through their secondary education. This will ensure that more Kenyan youths are sure of their future career through provision of high quality tertiary education."

The first scholarships to 2 students (a boy and a girl) being brought by the Edumed Trust Foundation are to commence in January 2012, and Digital Age Institute are looking forward to this collaboration as one of the many ways paying back to society with the aim of growth and capacity building.
